During May's Team Summit one of the strong insights was that our church has become very intentional about welcoming people into Gospel community. Our church's growth, and the consistently feedback from people that they feel welcomed, have been encouraging fruits of this.

At the same time, we recognized that we are less intentional around what happens further into a person's journey once they are welcomed into the church: how people grow deeper in their faith and further in their discipleship.

We are therefore organizing a Roundtable to explore these dynamics more deeply. The goal in this meeting is to first understand the things that shape these dynamics in our church. It is not a planning or strategy meeting. It's time to share openly, listen carefully, and discern together where God is inviting us to become more intentional and see more fruit.

This event is open to all who are interested in exploring this topic in depth with others.
